1. Shipping costs
Shipping is free for all orders via talknote.nl, regardless of the order amount. No shipping costs are added at checkout.
2. Shipping area
We ship to the countries selectable at checkout. Is your country not listed? E-mail info@talknote.nl; we can often offer a suitable solution.
3. Processing time
Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days of payment. In busy periods this may take slightly longer; you will be informed if so.
4. Delivery time
Delivery after dispatch usually takes 1 to 3 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium and 3 to 7 business days for other destinations. Delivery times are indicative. The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days: if exceeded, you may cancel the order free of charge and we will refund the full amount within 14 days.
5. Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking code to follow your parcel.
6. Risk and receipt
The risk of damage or loss remains with us until the order has been delivered to you (or a person designated by you). Check the shipment upon receipt. Is the parcel damaged or is something missing? Report it as soon as possible via info@talknote.nl with a photo; we will resolve it free of charge.
7. Not at home or incorrect address
If you are not at home, the carrier follows its standard procedure (new delivery attempt, pickup point or return). Check your address details before completing the order; a parcel returned due to an incorrectly provided address will be reshipped after address correction.
