1. Payment methods
You pay using the methods offered at checkout, including iDEAL and major credit cards. Availability may vary per country and is determined by our payment provider Stripe.
2. Security
All payments are processed by Stripe, a globally certified payment provider (PCI-DSS Level 1). Your payment details are transmitted directly and encrypted to Stripe; card and account details are never stored on our servers. Prices and amounts are always verified server-side.
3. When you pay
The full amount is paid when you place the order. We only ship after payment has been received. Without a completed payment no agreement is concluded and the order lapses automatically; reserved stock is then released.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices on talknote.nl are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT. VAT is itemised separately on the invoice. There are no hidden costs at checkout; shipping is free.
5. Invoice
With every paid order you automatically receive an invoice as a PDF attachment to the order confirmation, including VAT breakdown. Lost your invoice or need an adjusted one? E-mail info@talknote.nl with your order number.
6. Failed or cancelled payments
If a payment is declined or cancelled, nothing is charged and the order is not processed. You can try again or choose another payment method. If you do see a charge without an order confirmation, contact us; this is almost always a reservation that lapses automatically.
7. Discount codes
Discount codes are single-use, apply per e-mail address, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other codes unless stated otherwise. We may block a code in case of abuse.
8. Chargebacks
Something wrong with your payment? Contact us first via info@talknote.nl — we resolve almost everything immediately. Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed by us with proof of payment and delivery.
